In the fall, the address is idyllic for observing and listening to the roar of the deer! Eric has passionately renovated this 14th-century hayloft. A successful project, the house now houses 4 adjoining studios for 2 to 5 people that can accommodate up to 14 people. You won't have time to get bored between the peace and quiet, the view, the discovery of Royans-Vercors (hiking, canyoning, skiing (Font d'Urle resort 20km away), historical sites, spectacular passes and roads, culinary specialties...), the wellness area. 20 minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans has many shops: tourist office, supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, bookstore, optician, tennis, swimming pool, "l'arbre à fil" adventure park.
The Biche gîte is adjoining the Chamois gîte. It is arranged on the 1st floor and in duplex: 1st level living room 25m² with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine intended to sleep 3 people (1x160x200 and 1x80x200 available as an extra bed). For your exclusive use: balcony 16m² South-West exposure with unobstructed view. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, fire pit, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and a sauna/hammam you can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or for a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), we will be happy to share our knowledge of the territory with you. Access to the gîtes ends with 500m unpaved. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note: the premises are not fenced! The wellness area is prohibited to those under 18 years of age.
